Encrypted and short-lived
Sensitive material is encrypted in your browser to my key. I keep it only as long as needed, then purge it. I never log recovered secrets.
Fees — clear and success-based
Assessment is free. If recovery succeeds, a flat fee is agreed in writing beforehand — typically €60 for a document or archive, €150–€300 for complex cases (encrypted backups, partial seeds). If nothing is recovered, you pay nothing. No surprises, ever.
